We are in the process of updating the web site with a new design, content, and categories. The backend is using Wordpress 2.6.2 and the theme template that we are using is called Guzel which is a Magazine theme.

Based from our Welch tower we have create a proprietary wireless design for users located at Gilberts Beach.
Our proprietary system is undergoing a 30 day field trial (lab) stress pattern and we hope to deploy the same design in other remote rural locations throughout North East Carolina.
We are in the process of deploying six additional field labs which will determine if we can construct these on a broader scale.
